Welcome!

Our instructors are offering a mix of in-person and Zoom classes at this time. We encourage attendees to bring their own mats and equipment if possible. Indoor in-person classes at The Studio are currently limited to a maximum of 5 people. Please contact our instructors before class to either reserve an in-person spot or receive an invite to join via Zoom.

Private and small classes available on request. Please contact our instructors for more information.

Classes are one hour unless otherwise noted.

  • 8:30am – Pilates 
  • 4:30pm – Yoga for all levels

Tuesday

  • 12:00pm – Yoga for all levels

Thursday

  • 11:00am – Pilates mat class with stretch bands and weights
  • 4:30pm – Yoga for all levels

Friday

  • 12:00pm – Yoga for all levels

Saturday

  • 12:00pm – Pilates with props
