Our instructors are offering a mix of in-person and Zoom classes at this time. We encourage attendees to bring their own mats and equipment if possible. Indoor in-person classes at The Studio are limited to a maximum of 5 people so please contact our instructors before class to reserve a spot. Outdoor in-person classes are being held at West Yellowstone Heritage Park.

Private and small classes available on request. Please contact our instructors for more information.

Classes are one hour unless otherwise noted.

Monday

  • 8:30am  – (The Studio) Pilates with Anna (*45 minutes)
  • 11:00am – (ZOOM) Pilates mat class with stretch bands and weights
  • 4:30pm – (The Studio) Yoga for all levels (NO CLASS 8/17)

Tuesday

  • 12:00pm – (West Yellowstone Heritage Park) Yoga for all levels
  • 2:00pm – (ZOOM) Pilates mat class with stretch bands, weights, and wall series

Thursday

  • 11:00am – (ZOOM) Pilates mat class with stretch bands and weights
  • 4:30pm – (The Povah Center) Yoga for all levels

Friday

  • 12:00pm – (West Yellowstone Heritage Park) Yoga for all levels
  • 2:00pm – (ZOOM) Pilates mat class with stretch bands, weights, and wall series
