Welcome!

Our instructors are offering a mix of in-person and Zoom classes at this time. We encourage attendees to bring their own mats and equipment if possible. Indoor in-person classes at The Studio are currently limited to a maximum of 5 people, including the instructor.

Classes are one hour unless otherwise noted.
