  • 12:00pm – Yoga for all levels
  • 2:00pm – Pilates mat class with stretch bands, weights, and wall series

Thursday

  • 11:00am – Pilates mat class with stretch bands and weights

Friday

  • 12:00pm – Yoga for all levels
