Schedule

NEW FOR SUMMER 2019! Come join our daily morning Mindful Fitness classes at the Holiday Inn Conference Center (315 Yellowstone Avenue). These classes incorporate elements of yoga, pilates, strengthening, and stretching. Kick-start your day by breathing, balancing, and stretching with us! These classes run 45 minutes to an hour and are free and open to the public. See the schedule below for more information.
