Schedule

(All classes are one hour)

Our daily Mindful Fitness classes at the Holiday Inn Conference Center (315 Yellowstone Avenue) begin May 15! These classes incorporate elements of yoga, pilates, strengthening, and stretching. Wake up and come breathe, balance, and stretch with us this summer! These classes run 45 minutes to an hour and are free and open to the public.
